Operating Principle
A series of reed switches are positioned inside the stem at specific intervals. A single pole double throw switch is used for the low/empty level. When the tank is full all the lights are on except for the empty light. The lights will go off as the level falls until the low/empty level is reached. As the level falls below the low level the low light will go off and the empty light will come on.
