Warranty
Innovative Components warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment.
The sole liability of Innovative Components under this warranty and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is limited to the repair or replacement, at the option of Innovative Components, of the product, or any parts thereof, which upon examination by Innovative Components, disclose to its satisfaction defects due to faulty material or poor workmanship and which defects are reported to Innovative Components during the warranty period.
The warranty provisions contained herein are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, statutory, or implied in fact or by law, and all other remedies against Innovative Components for consequential or other damages arising out of the sale, use or operation of its products, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The warranty provisions contained herein shall not apply to cover any defects resulting from normal wear and tear, unauthorized changes, repairs, alterations or modifications to the product; or any other causes beyond the control of Innovative Components.
Innovative Components does not authorize any person or organization to make legal determinations or assume for it any other warranty or liability in connection with the sale, use or operation of its products.
