Innovative Components makes it easy for you to shop our exclusive line of merchandise from the convenience of your computer. You can use our site to make purchases online or offline. These instructions will help guide you through the shopping process.
Getting Started
Every product that can be purchased has a "Buy" button next to the product, or product description. Click to add the item to your "Shopping Cart".
The Shopping Cart
After clicking on the "Buy" button, you will be brought to your "Shopping Cart". The Shopping Cart contains all items that you have selected for purchase. From this point, you have four options to choose from.
1. Continue Shopping
If you selected Continue Shopping, you may add items to your cart until you are ready to check out. If at any time you are ready to check out and don't want to add any more items to your cart, then select the View Cart button located on the top of each page to go directly to your Shopping Cart.
2. Change Shopping Cart Contents
Before checking out, you may change the contents of your cart in two ways.
a. If you want to delete an item from your cart, click Del next to that item.
b. If you want to change the quantity of an item in your cart enter the quantity desired in the quantity box. After entering the desired quantity, click Recalculate to display the new total.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Once you have decided to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart, select the Order Now button. You will be given the option to Order online via email, or Order offline via phone, fax or mail.
4. Cancel Order
To cancel your order, click the Cancel Order button.
Once you have finished shopping and are ready to purchase the items in your cart you have two options.
Order online
This secure page will ask for your billing and shipping information, as well as your credit card information. After completing the form, select the Submit Order button to place your secure order online. If you press the Submit Order button more than once, only one order is placed.

Order offline
This secure page will ask for your billing, shipping, and payment information.
After completing the form, print the page and either fax it to 860.620.0288 or mail it to
