The LS-15-600 Series PTFE Single-Level Float Switch is engineered for reliable performance in environments where chemical resistance, purity, and durability are critical. Constructed entirely from high-quality Teflon® (PTFE), this float switch is ideal for use in ultra-pure, corrosive, and chemically aggressive liquids, commonly found in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and laboratory applications.

One of the key benefits of PTFE is its non-stick surface, which naturally resists fouling from sticky substances, sludge, and particulate matter. This model includes an SPDT reed switch rated at 3 VA, capable of switching up to 100 VAC/DC with a maximum current of 0.25A. The unit also comes with 24-inch long, Teflon-insulated 22 AWG lead wires, providing secure, heat- and chemical-resistant connectivity for a wide range of applications.

For added versatility, the float can be inverted to change its switching function from Normally Open (N.O.) to Normally Closed (N.C.), or vice versa. This allows the same unit to be used in different control configurations without requiring additional parts.
